Evans is hiring a Program Support Analyst resource to join their growing team in one of their contracts in Washington DC. You will perform records management, and general program management support functions that assist in executing reporting, dashboards, communications, and stakeholder data insights. We are seeking someone who demonstrates proven success in building records management for end-user functionality.
- Perform data collection and analysis to support recommendations for management decisions and follow-through.
- Support the development of processes, templates, and visual or text-based materials as required.
- Support budget estimation and tracking.
- Support planning activities.
- Prepare and coordination purchase requisitions, including temporary purchase card (TPC) requisitions.
- Support the assessment of business practices and the development of recommendations for improvements to current processes or policies.
- Perform assignments on a broad range of tasks associated with program requirements, procedures, and criteria.
- Responsible for developing and analyzing weekly/monthly reports on business related metrics. Identifies potential project trends and risks to management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree).
- Government contract analyst, and or communications experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of general records management functions of pulling and translating data, theories, principles, and practices with a solid knowledge of general budgeting principles and practices.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Precise, detail-oriented, and strong analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Support meeting planning and coordination, including stakeholder outreach, logistics, note taking and tracking actions.
- Skilled in stakeholder identification, outreach, and management.
- Demonstrates analytical thinking and active listening to drive success.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand both meaning as well as intent of writing and develop appropriate response strategies to both elements.

Compensation
Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Evans’s total compensation package for employees.
