The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing team in the execution of the overall corporate marketing strategies with a particular focus on assisting the departments operational needs. Core Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drives end-to-end planning and successful execution of multi-channel marketing tactics including but not limited to digital, mobile, direct mail, and database marketing campaigns.
  • Translate brand strategy into effective communications spanning all media, including marketing collateral, sales tools, advertising, photography, and product packaging.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with consumer and trade press and liaise as the brand representative with the press both independently and through our agencies.
  • Manage all aspects of trade shows and other events including planning and executing effective events with measurable results and provide direction and strategies for future shows. create a plan / timeline and assist in implementation from beginning to end.
  • Provide support as a business partner within the Sales, Product & Marketing team; initiate and execute projects that contribute to driving growth through reps & customers.
  • Support content development for newsletters, ads, presentations, and product literature.
  • Keep merchandise and sales materials well organized; manage inventory.
  • Keep Marketing annual calendar of activities current.
  • Provide support and manage our sample process to ensure we are satisfying our customers.
  • Manage box art process by proofing all artwork and liaising with the Creative Manager and Product Managers on details and specifications.
  • Responsible for execution of social media strategy and creation of posts, working with eCommerce team to determine which products to focus on.
  • Manage, test, and maintain departmental SOPs
  • Assist in email campaigns, including formatting design in marketing automation platform, segmenting lists, and pulling data for analytical reports.
  • Maintain CRM database, adding, deleting, and updating all contact information as necessary.
  • Assist in content creation for eCommerce listings, including writing specification bullet points and proofing images.
  • Maintaining the integrity of the item master database.

Description of ideal candidate:

  • BA Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Entry College level.
  • 1-2 years relevant marketing experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; CRM or other database experience preferred.
  • Graphics experience using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Photoshop is a plus.
  • Ability to work as a team with other Sales & Marketing staff and cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with outside agencies and partners.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, within scope and budget.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Skilled writer with strong grammar, spelling, and proofing skills.
