**Job Summary**

Vantage Auto is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Manager Assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the Sales Manager with customer interactions, lead calling, and CRM updates.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Operations Manager to ensure efficient transportation of vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer information, and assist the Sales Manager in completing required deal paperwork.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for the Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attend sales meetings and provide input on sales strategies and tactics.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, with a preference for automotive industry experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales techniques.

**Compensation:** $24/hour
