Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager with customers, calling leads and updating CRM
  • Assist the Sales Manager and Operations Manager with transportation of vehicles (inbound and outbound)
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer information and assist the Sales Manager in completing required deal paperwork for customers
  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for the Sales Manager
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Attend sales meetings and provide input on sales strategies and tactics
Requirements

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, automotive industry experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales techniques
