About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Paris Baguette. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive national marketing calendar, including micro-campaigns, holiday initiatives, promotions, and activations.
  • Media Copywriting: Create engaging media copy for Meta Ads, digital banners, POP taglines, and voiceovers.
  • Seasonal Campaign Briefs: Create seasonal campaign briefs for limited-time offers (LTOs) and holidays.
  • Internal Communications: Develop and distribute internal marketing communications, including franchisee, direct mail, and other written information.
  • Newsletter Creation: Create and distribute the monthly Baguette Buzz newsletter.
  • Canada Marketing Support: Support national Canada marketing plans, including media, PR, and specific program initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Track daily sales, program data, and campaign results to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Sponsorship and Activation: Coordinate national sponsorship and activation initiatives.
  • Agency Partnerships: Collaborate with external agency partners for PR, media, and other projects.
  • Content Review: Review draft copy for national press releases and media pitches.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Assist the digital marketing manager with loyalty campaigns and social media content.
  • Product Innovation: Support the innovation team with product testing and market research.
  • Guest Experience: Collaborate with the operations team to develop activities that enhance the guest experience across all touchpoints.
  • Marketing Content: Prepare marketing content and information for readiness calls, QBRs, FAC meetings, and leadership presentations.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2-5 years of brand marketing or agency experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications preferred.
  • Industry Experience: Restaurant, QSR, or F&B industry experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong writing skills, organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration: Natural collaborator, proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to provide constructive feedback and recognition to team members.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence with the ability to work with diverse teams and provide empathetic support.
  • Team Player: Must be a team player who fosters a collaborative and engaged teamwork environment.
  • Brand Ambassador: Being a brand ambassador with an excellent knowledge of and commitment to Paris Baguette's mission, vision, brand values, and culture.
