Job Description:

Draft Note Design We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. As the first point of contact for customer inquiries, you will be responsible for providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various channels including phone, email, and chat.

$17.50 - $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts in the database after each interaction.
  • Document customer interactions and details of inquiries accurately in our system.
  • Assist customers with order placements, changes, and cancellations as needed.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers experiencing issues with our products.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly tone.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and phone systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
