JOB SUMMARY

The resturaunt server will give first class customer service and food service in the resturaunt. Servers are responsible for properly taking food orders and conveying food orders to the kitchen staff. Prompt food delivery to the customer as well as clenliness of the FOH areas. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service at all times and will also have excellent teamwork with fellow co-workers at all time.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Report to work ontime in a clan and complete uniform
  • Greet all customers with a smile and a verbal greeting "Welcome to Huddle House"
  • learn and know your menu and help a customer navigate the menu when necessary, suggestively sell products, and take orders from each customer at the table or to-go counter.
  • Properly enter orders in using the POS and send to kitchen.
  • Deliver food in a timely manner to the customer when food is ready
  • Handle money from customers, account for all tickets, credit card receipts, and make sure that all tickets have been rung up and cashed out.
  • Complete all server checklists, stocking, before shift ens
  • Complete all cleaning duties as detailed and assigned to shift, including but not limited to: bussing tables, sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning windows and walls etc.
  • Bring all items of concern to the attention of the manager on shift immediately, especially safety concerns and customer complaints.
  • Know the menu, daily features, and what add-ons and desserts to upsell.
  • Know and follow all the Huddle House steps to service with each and every guest
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate and work well with all other resturaunt staff
  • no previous experience is required
  • Have a "Can Do" attitude and be attentive at all times

COMPENSATION: $3.13 hr Plus Tips
