This position will be based at our exceptionally beautiful campus in Beaverton, Oregon (Portland, OR metro area).
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will help support the Energy Marketing team by delivering on a product strategy and execution within the North America Field of Play portfolio and key North America retail partners - Neighborhood (NBHD) (sneaker boutiques) and Runway (RNWY) marketplace partners. The work will be largely grounded in ensuring access to key products in key moments for marketing purposes. In this role, you will deliver on strategy across our key partners. You will also help deliver experiences that serve Men's, Women's, and Kids (M/W/K) consumer segments through physical, digital, and experiential touchpoints. Responsibilities include:
- On a seasonal basis, perform a variety of functions related to process and tracking of product flow / health within the Energy Brand Marketing team. Build and leverage tools and processes for driving efficiency, effectiveness, clarity, and simplicity for product marketing needs
- Help ensure end-to-end product management by setting and driving compliance to dates and gates in helping craft epic marketing executions: briefings, budget planning and oversight, plan reviews, etc.
- High level communication (written and verbal), both internally and externally, ranging from contractors/agency vendors to senior management
- 365 and seasonal product prioritization to build standout seeding opportunities with cross functional teams
You will report directly into the North America Men's Energy Marketing Director and will work collaboratively with the following key internal and external partners:
- Brand Marketing - Men's / Women's / Kids segments
- Operations and Promo / Seeding Teams
- Sports Marketing
- Communications / PR
- Entertainment Marketing
- Sales, Planning, Product, and Merchandising
- City Marketing Teams
- Agency & Production partners
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education, experience, and training
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Retail, Digital, or Product Operation
- Passion and affinity for Nike with an understanding of the footwear industry, consumer, and marketplace
- Outstanding analytical skills - ability to formulate logical, business insights and test new ideas to improve retention and engagement
- An appetite for sport, play, and serving athletes of all types
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A phenomenal, collaborative teammate with a positive demeanor and outlook
- The ability to multi-task and work in multiple seasonal moments
- Desire to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy, skilled team
- You should expect to travel up to 20% of the time within the US
