About job:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Salary Range: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers and provide accurate, timely information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved in every interaction.
- Document customer interactions appropriately in our CRM system to ensure accurate records are maintained.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and product returns or exchanges as needed.
- Educate customers about new products and services to enhance their experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices for enhanced customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software; familiarity with call center technology is a plus.
