Minimum 5 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry with emphasis on sales, marketing, trade marketing, and logistics; Minimum 3 years managerial experience with Distributor business model and retail channels; Solid knowledge of MDLZ snacking brands and a strong understanding of MDLZ organizational structure; Complete understanding of Sales and Marketing principles and concepts; Good communication skills, speak, read, and write English fluently Travel requirements:

Domestic & International travel required ~40%
