Join our team as the Chief Engineer reporting to the General Manager. In this position, you will support the overall condition and maintenance of our hotel.

Responsibilities

The Chief Engineer will review ongoing service contracts for contractor performance and competitive pricing, monitor an energy management program, and maintain close and effective working relations with all departments, owner representatives, and external contractors.

The Chief Engineer will establish standards of performance and utilize performance management principles to fully maximize employee productivity, and ensure all physical operations of the property and safety standards are being adhered to.

Qualifications

•Previous Chief Engineer or supervisory experience in a hospitality setting is preferred.
