Qualifications, Experience, and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. At least 1-3 years of related experience. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification preferred. Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is preferred. Proven track record in developing internal and external partnerships. Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
