LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a healthcare group in North Scottsdale. This organization is in search of a HR Specialist to join their team. This position will support one of their newly acquired lines of business. This job is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, fully in office. To be considered, you must have five years of HR experience.

In this role, you will handle key HR responsibilities, including onboarding support, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment support and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Manage a shared HR email inbox
  • Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment.
  • Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Assist with performance management and employee development programs.
  • Support HR initiatives and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Some college is preferred. High school diploma is required
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with ADP is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour
