Construction Industry Experience Preferred
Generate, update, and maintain reports on expenditure, and financial transactions.
Keep a record of project expenses, contracts, and other accounting data.
Review and grant funds for various projects.
Understand the project requirements and create budgets and financial reports.
Analyze and approve vendor invoices and contracts.
Oversee the transfer of funds to various vendors and suppliers.
Oversee the implementation of project terms.
Assist in creating project-related documents and bills.
Close completed project accounts.
Conduct project budget forecasting.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the financial sector.
Skills:
Experience in the accounting field as a Capital Project Accountant.
Construction experience is preferred.
Complete knowledge of accounting software, laws, and regulations.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills.
Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual.
Education:
College degree or professional certificate in accounting/ Finance, or an equivalent subject
