Insurance Customer Service Representative

Our dynamic team seeks an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our insurance company clients and policyholders. You'll be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies. You'll also help resolve billing issues, change policies, and make policy recommendations. If you have previous insurance experience in a customer service role and have a friendly, client-first attitude, please apply today
Responsibilities
•If not licensed in P&C, it would be a goal for you to get licensed in the first few months of employment
•Manage inbound calls related to insurance policy concerns, customer complaints, and general queries
•Follow-up on client interactions in a thorough manner to ensure customer satisfaction
•Contact clients for concerns or complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and monitor the situation to make sure the issue is resolved
•Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given
•Confirm client insurance coverage and provide evidence of insurance papers to policyholders
Qualifications
•Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
•Possesses basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
•Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred
•You must have previous customer service experience for this position
•Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
