Responsibilities: Complete laboratory experiments and support large-scale investigations to advance the Cell Therapy Program. Provide hands-on support for manufacturing process activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance efficiency within the Cell Therapy Program. Analyze data, solve issues, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. Contribute to the design and execution of experiments, as well as the interpretation of results. Qualifications: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field, physical sciences, or equivalent focus of study. Science or Engineering BS 2-5 years, MS 1-3 years in a cGMP biopharmaceutical production setting with a focus in large-scale mammalian cell culture processes. Proven experience in laboratory execution and manufacturing process support, ideally within the cell therapy or biotechnology field. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative approach and the capacity to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the cell therapy industry is advantageous. Skills: Experience with process optimization and validation in a cell therapy or biotechnology setting. Knowledge of aseptic techniques and cleanroom practices. Familiarity with statistical analysis software for data interpretation. Experience in technology transfer and scale-up of manufacturing processes. Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
