First and foremost, as our Sr. Manager of Demand Generation Programs you will be curious, entrepreneurial-minded, and unafraid of failure. You’ll have a deep knowledge of how to engage prospects and bring them through the buying process via multi-channel marketing campaigns. And you’ll be a strategist who is comfortable leading a wide variety of initiatives and working with multiple systems, teams, and KPIs in a fast-paced environment. The Demand Programs team is responsible for creating program strategies that help create demand, managing program projects and tasks, empowering the rest of the demand team to execute, and ultimately driving sales pipeline and revenue. In this role, you'll lead the team that orchestrates targeted demand generation campaigns with stakeholders across the demand generation team that drive quality outcomes for the business. You will: Lead Program Managers to build strategies that align directly with sales goals for each segment and maintain 90-day pipeline forecasts for each segment. Partner with sales leadership to create tighter alignment between sales efforts and program prioritization. Work closely with Performance Marketing to create advertising campaigns and budgets that align to the various demand programs. Lead account-based campaigns to increase mid-market pipeline and MRR. Partner with Events Marketing to build a field marketing calendar that aligns to pipeline targets. Analyze program performance against forecasts by segment and work with team to optimize Foster a performance-driven team culture by identifying skill gaps and leaning heavily into 1:1 development. What You Need to Get the Job Done 7+ years in demand generation marketing (ideally SaaS), with 3 years in team management. Experience should include a good balance of creative, strategic and operational thinking. 3+ years experience with field marketing and account-based marketing strategies. Experience with 6sense is a plus. Ability to perform data analysis to create compelling campaigns that align with company goals Marketing passion and proficiency at strategic storytelling Values alignment with BambooHR’s company values Creative problem solving skills with an ability to push past challenges Technical acumen with task/project management software, financial tools like Excel, basic financial principles, etc. Understanding of the HR industry is a plus What You'll Love About Us Great Company Culture
