Job Summary

Quickbase is seeking an experienced and dynamic Industry Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing programs that drive demand and generate high-quality opportunities and pipeline within specific industries. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills, along with a deep understanding of Manufacturing industry-specific challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute industry-specific demand generation strategies to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.

·

Identify and analyze target industries, including market trends, key players, and customer pain points, to tailor marketing campaigns effectively.

·

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and customer success, to create compelling content and messaging that resonates with industry-specific audiences.

·

Develop 1 to many and 1 to few account-based marketing strategies to reach key target accounts with the sales organization.

·

Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising.

·

Utilize marketing automation tools to segment audiences, personalize campaigns, and track performance metrics.

·

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and achieve ROI goals.

·

Work closely with the sales and sales development teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes, fostering a strong partnership that drives conversion and revenue growth.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously improve and innovate demand generation efforts.

·

Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize impact and efficiency of marketing programs.

·

Manage relationships with industry specific professional associations in order to generate pipeline and establish ourselves as a key brand and resource for manufacturers.

Qualifications

·

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

·

5+ years of experience in demand generation or B2B marketing, preferably within the technology or software industry.

·

Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive measurable results.

·

Strong understanding of industry-specific marketing techniques and best practices.

·

Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

·

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

·

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present ideas effectively.

·

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

·

Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
