Practice details include:
- Flexible scheduling options
- Competitive base salary based on MGMA data and experience - $280,000
- Productivity bonus incentive with no cap

- Professional Funds Allowance i.e. Licensure Reimbursement, CME, Professional Dues, Books/Periodicals, etc.

- Average of 16 patients seen per shift.
- Hybrid block scheduling, 16 shifts per month.
- Open ICU in partnership with two Intensivists to ensure strong co-management model.
- Routine ventilator management, frequent central line placement and available for emergent intubations.
