CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Job Summary The Facilities Regional Manager directly manages the Site Managers and is responsible for oversight and management of their region, delivering a financially viable cost-effective facility operation that supports critical business needs. This position will work closely with other Department Regional Managers and the Associate Director of Facilities Services to ensure that desired outcomes are met and that data is reported from each facility on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. This position reports to the Associate Director of Facilities Services. Minimum Education & Experience Required High School Diploma or GED is required. Associate's Degree or higher preferred. Over 4 years of experience in administrative and/or facilities management field required. At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience required. Data management including proficiency in Excel and other reporting programming required.
