Position Overview

The Regional Operations Facilities Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the management of facilities within the designated region. This position is integral to ensuring the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our facilities, which support essential business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly supervise Site Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal facility operations.
  • Collaborate with other Regional Managers and the Associate Director of Facilities Services to achieve targeted outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate data reporting from each facility on a regular basis, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED; an Associate's Degree or higher is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative or facilities management.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Proficiency in data management, including advanced skills in Excel and reporting software.
