This exceptional role is designed for a Physical Therapist eager to take on a leadership position. This outpatient orthopedic facility caters to a diverse clientele, including sports medicine, neurological conditions, and vestibular rehabilitation. Our services also encompass Fall Prevention, ACL Rehabilitation, Hand Therapy, and Dry Needling. As part of our team, you will benefit from both national and local mentorship, as well as continuing education opportunities, both in-person and virtual, along with collaboration with fellow clinicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of the center while upholding high standards of patient care and leadership.
- Engage with the local community to foster partnerships with healthcare providers, employers, and case managers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Act as a business leader to enhance and manage relationships with physicians and patient portfolios.
- Develop and nurture a skilled team of Physical Therapists and Assistants.
- Promote a positive workplace culture where all team members feel valued and work collaboratively towards shared goals.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives and philanthropic events.
- Engage in industry-leading continuing education programs.
- Graduation from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) program.
- Possession of a valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration is mandatory.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional early or late shifts to accommodate patient needs.
