**Responsibilities**

* Responsible for the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems like chillers, pumps, fan blowers etc.

* Continuous performance monitoring and ensuring highest uptime

* Troubleshooting of system abnormalities and provide technical solutions

* Initiate continuous improvement projects

* Manage external contractor and vendors and maintaining safety standards

**Requirements**

* Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical or equivalent

* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

* Familiar with Quality System, Clean Room operations and general facility systems is preferred

**Job Description**

Vaco is hiring for a Receptionist in Grapevine, Texas. This is a contract to hire opportunity with a great company.

Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks which will include but are not limited to the following:

* Meet and greet all who enter Office Lobby with a positive, friendly, professional welcome.

* Greet persons entering office, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.

* Answer phone with positive, friendly, smiling voice.

* Operate telephone switchboard to answer, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.

* Monitor lobby appearance with maintenance, assuring all maintenance and housekeeping standards are met.

* Coordinate meeting and appointment schedule.

* Provide information about office, such as location of departments or offices or services provided.

* Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.

* Sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.

* Maintain supplies of all FedEx package materials.

* Notify the person responsible for accepting the deliveries when they arrive.

* Perform administrative support tasks

* Scan documents for various departments

* Prepare reports as directed

* File and maintain records
