In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the efficient procurement process within our client's healthcare organization. Your duties will include generating and disseminating end-of-day productivity reports to managerial staff, managing purchase requests for designated regions and ensuring the timely processing of all requests.
Senior Buyer Responsibilities:
- Generate and communicate end-of-day productivity reports to management
- Process purchase requests for assigned regions, ensuring timely processing and resolution of any issues
- Manage urgent requests and address delivery delays by sourcing alternative solutions
- Monitor email correspondence and promptly respond to inquiries from vendors and facilities
- Handle product returns efficiently to minimize costs and expenses
- Resolve exceptions in procurement systems and ensure data integrity

Senior Buyer Requirements:
