Position Responsibilities:

1.Prospect and identify potential business clients within your assigned territory, focusing on furniture retailers, department stores, and online marketplaces

2.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business clients through regular communication, virtual product showcases, and attendance at industry trade shows

3.Stay informed about consumer trends in home furnishings and relay this information to both clients and our product development team

4.Present our consumer furniture lines, highlighting quality, style, and value propositions relevant to different market segments

5.Develop and present tailored product portfolios and pricing strategies for various types of retail partners

6.Negotiate contracts and terms of sale for bulk orders, balancing retailer satisfaction with company profitability

7.Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling sell-sheets and catalogs for our retail partners

8.Work closely with our logistics team to ensure timely delivery of furniture to our business clients

9.Achieve and exceed B2B sales targets through effective account management and strategic business development

10.Maintain accurate records of business accounts, sales pipelines, and order statuses in our CRM system

11.Gather and report feedback from retail partners about product performance and consumer preferences

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

2.Proven track record in B2B sales, with 2+ years of experience, preferably in the consumer goods or furniture industry

3.Strong understanding of retail operations and the consumer furniture market

4.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse business clients

5.Solid negotiation and closing skills, with experience in managing relationships with retail buyers

6.Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

7.Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual presentation tools

8.Knowledge of current home decor trends and consumer preferences is a plus
