KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHelp customers get the best electricity rate for their homeListen to customer concerns to find the best product that fits their needsUse Closing techniques to overcome objectionsSpeak with over 30 residential customers dailyMeet and exceed sales quotas while seeking new ways to improve their approachTry new and non-traditional ways to connect with customers and remain open to feedbackShare ideas across teams to improve our capabilities and productsMaintain a high level of open communication and morale at ComparePower and within our sales teamAdhere to ComparePower's attendance and tardiness policesQUALIFICATIONS1+ year of inside sales experienced preferred1+ year experience in the energy industry a plus but not required1+ year of customer service experience preferredAbility to work in a high-energy sales environment as a team playerA desire to deeply understand customer needs and frustrations to build rapport over the phone and via textEffectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environmentStrong interpersonal and analytical skillsStrong oral and written commitment skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Demonstrated ability in computer skills, including email, CRM system & Web-based toolsABOUT COMPAREPOWERComparePower (ComparePower.com) is a technology-enabled sales and marketing company based in Dallas.
