Job responsibilities: Organizing the day to day financial operations within the company, such as payment, invoicing, reimbursement and etc. Fin bookkeeping preparing and monitoring; Project management, including tracing down the project statue, recognize income and related cost accordingly, use WIP account properly. Organizing the monthly close and prepare monthly annual report for HQ, including TB, GL, AP, AR, WIP, inventory report, related transaction report and bank reconciliation; Prepare the annual report and complete the annual audit according to the requirement of parent company; Prepare income tax return with the help of outside suppliers; Complete other tax/custom related reporting; Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company; Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company; Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement; Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation. Follow the law and regulations, especially GDPR; Follow the information security policy; Follow up legislation and regulations regarding the environmental rules as stipulated in ISO140001. Knowledge/skills and experience: Bachelor degreeor abovein financeor accounting or similar; 3 ~5+ yearGL, financial reporting, audit experience; Familiar with ERP system such as Dynamics NAV(also called Navision system) is a preference Excellent ability to problemsolvealong with solid analytical skills understanding of business process and systems optimization; Comfortable interacting with all level of management in multiple areas; Strong knowledge of financial reporting; Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions; Strong financial system and business administration understanding; Good knowledge of English spoken and written.
