Job Summary:
The Front Desk Staff at Ramada Plaza Nags Head Oceanfront are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk. This part-time, hourly position is based in our hotel located in beautiful Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to showcase your strong communication and organizational skills while working in a fast-paced hospitality/restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly first impression
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and timely completion of procedures
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Maintain and organize front desk area, including keeping all supplies stocked and readily available
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience
- Assist in resolving any guest issues or complaints, escalating to management when necessary
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures
- Complete other duties as assigned by management to support overall hotel operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
