Bike Sales Specialist who will provide a legendry customer service experience for all customers. Duties Include: Maintain an accurate customer database utilizing CRM Maintain a working knowledge of the products available Adhere to all compliance procedures Greet customers entering the sales department Present products to customers Demo products (Test Ride, Push Outside and Start Weather Permitting, Sit on) Follow sales process Follow up with every floor prospect with-in 24 hrs. Of visit Maintain acceptable CSI scores Promote store activities to in store prospects and through follow up calls Call customers, update CEM, research products or clean displays Other duties as described by management when needed.
