Job Summary

We are seeking a Bike Sales Specialist who will provide a legendary customer service experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining an accurate customer database, staying up-to-date with product knowledge, and adhering to all compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an accurate customer database utilizing CRM software
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features
  • Adhere to all compliance procedures and regulations
  • Greet customers entering the sales department and provide a warm welcome
  • Present products to customers and provide demonstrations
  • Follow the sales process and ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Follow up with every floor prospect within 24 hours of their visit
  • Maintain acceptable CSI scores and provide excellent customer service
  • Promote store activities to in-store prospects and through follow-up calls
  • Perform other duties as described by management when needed

Requirements

  • Ability to learn quickly and understand oral and written instructions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Current motorcycle license not required, but preferred
