Woodstock KTM - Triumph Is looking for a Bike Sales Specialist who will provide a legendry customer service experience for all customers.

Duties Include:

  • Maintain an accurate customer database utilizing CRM
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the products available
  • Adhere to all compliance procedures
  • Greet customers entering the sales department
  • Present products to customers
  • Demo products (Test Ride, Push Outside and Start Weather Permitting, Sit on)
  • Follow sales process
  • Follow up with every floor prospect with-in 24 hrs. Of visit
  • Maintain acceptable CSI scores
  • Promote store activities to in store prospects and through follow up calls
  • Call customers, update CEM, research products or clean displays
  • Other duties as described by management when needed.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Current motorcycle license not required, but preferred
