The ideal candidate will be able to adeptly support virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, ensuring alignment with our client's strategic goals and maximizing market presence through effective communication and social plans.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Event Planning and Execution:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and craft event strategies that enhance brand visibility and market penetration. Manage all phases of event planning, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring seamless integration of content and storytelling to maximize engagement.

Content Development and Marketing Communications:

Oversee the creation of a comprehensive content calendar, including social media plans, blogs, and targeted communication strategies to amplify client presence before, during, and after events. Develop and maintain event-specific registration, landing pages, and social marketing assets that resonate with targeted audiences and drive awareness and / or lead generation.

Stakeholder Engagement and Team Collaboration:

Act as the primary liaison between marketing, sales, and events teams to ensure strategic alignment and coherence in event execution. Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders, including senior leadership, to facilitate effective communication and collaborative success.

Analytics and Performance Improvement:

Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate event success and ROI. Generate detailed post-event reports and visual content that highlight achievements and inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. At least 7-10 years of experience in digital and event marketing, including significant experience managing large-scale corporate events. Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and projects across multiple time zones. Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior-level management and external partners. Creativity, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with video production and vendor management is highly desirable. Must be able to set up and operate within the Microsoft Corporate Network. This role is covered under a managed services scope of work. Benefits:
