The Pastry Cook is:
- Applicants should have at least 1+ years' experience as a Pastry Cook in an upscale, high-volume, fast paced restaurant. We are looking for those that are familiar with traditional pastry techniques (ice cream production, lamination + sugar work) and comfortable with mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking bread and cracker items daily. Someone with a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
