We are a renowned restaurant group located in Charleston, SC, currently seeking candidates for various culinary roles, including line cooks, at The Ordinary Seafood & Oyster Hall. Compensation begins at $20+ (based on experience). As a vital part of the culinary team at The Ordinary, you will receive comprehensive training across all service stations and kitchen production areas.

Roles may include:
poissonnier, expo, garde manger, raw bar, butchery, pasta making, and pastry.


Wages will increase as you advance through the kitchen. While experience is beneficial, we are open to training enthusiastic candidates.


Founded in 2012 by the creators of FIG, The Ordinary is dedicated to honoring the richness of our local and regional waters and the individuals who cultivate them.
