Position Overview:
A skilled and enthusiastic Pastry Chef is sought for a prestigious 3 Star boutique country house hotel featuring a 2AA Rosette restaurant. This role offers a competitive salary based on experience.
Key Highlights of the Pastry Chef Position:
- Attractive salary based on experience with a proven track record of earning between 23k-26k + share of tips
- 28 days of annual leave (including public holidays)

The restaurant aims to embrace a Farm to Fork philosophy, showcasing local, organic, and sustainable ingredients. Our culinary approach honors traditional cooking methods while incorporating innovative twists.
The restaurant accommodates 50-60 guests indoors, with plans to enhance outdoor dining options and wood-fired cooking, effectively doubling capacity while offering stunning views.

Requirements for the Pastry Chef Role:
- Experience managing various sections in a high-quality kitchen
- Ability to mentor junior team members

- Able to thrive under pressure and multitask during peak service times
