A skilled and enthusiastic Pastry Chef is sought for a prestigious 3 Star boutique country house hotel featuring a 2AA Rosette restaurant. This role offers a competitive salary based on experience.

The restaurant aims to embrace a Farm to Fork philosophy, showcasing local, organic, and sustainable ingredients. The restaurant accommodates 50-60 guests indoors, with plans to enhance outdoor dining options and wood-fired cooking, effectively doubling capacity while offering stunning views.

Requirements for the Pastry Chef Role:

  • Experience managing various sections in a high-quality kitchen
  • Ability to mentor junior team members

  • Able to thrive under pressure and multitask during peak service times
