We are a distinguished restaurant group located in Charleston, SC, currently seeking individuals for various culinary roles, including line cooks, at The Ordinary Seafood & Oyster Hall. Starting compensation is $20+ (based on experience). As a culinary team member at The Ordinary, you will receive comprehensive training across all service stations and kitchen production areas.
Examples of stations include:
poissonnier, expo, garde manger, raw bar, butchery, pasta making, and pastry.
Wages will increase as you advance within the kitchen. While experience is beneficial, we are open to training the right individuals.
