The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:

The VP, IT Business Technology Solutions is a strategic leader who drives and enables the objective of JSG business systems to improve process automation and efficiency for our operations and customers. This position directly manages teams within our ERP support groups, CRM platform and Business Systems Analysis to enhance all key business technology activities, including end-to-end process automation from leads to quotes, orders, and cash. This role requires leveraging knowledge of advanced technologies such as ERP, CRM, EDI, BI, Artificial Intelligence, portals, and e-commerce and marketing technologies to drive process automation and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, process optimization, data-driven solutions decision-making, and strong leadership and people development qualities. This position reports directly to the CTO of Justrite Safety Group.

In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer, setting the stage for your career to soar This role is your gateway to opportunities for advancement, with the potential to grow within the organization in 3-5 years as you make meaningful contributions to our organizational goals.

What You'll Do at Justrite:

Technology Platforms and Process Management:

  • Consults with end users, department management, and software application programmers to develop a process improvement roadmap based on data analytics and user feedback
  • Directs and enables teams to analyze and recommend opportunities to apply our technology platforms to automate key business processes from leads to quotes, orders and cash. Utilizes ERP, Customer Relationship Management CRM, EDI, Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence and emerging e-commerce technologies to enable process automation and analysis
  • Designs the internal IT business analysis overall vision to optimize the interfaces across several operating channels to pro-actively recommend areas of seamless integration and efficiency for all stages of the business process
  • Remain up to date and aware of new business, technical and architectures enhancements to facilitate the development of process solutions.
  • Ensures the daily operations, system efficiencies and quality standards are executed with a high level of detail

Business and Data Analysis:

  • Combine technology platforms and data to empower fact-based and predictive decision-making.
  • Translate future state business processes into technical requirements for IT team and business end users
  • Build and develop the business systems analytics reporting process to present meaningful data insights and support strategic expansion of platform interaction and data efficiencies. Work closely with business analysts to optimize systems utilization and performance.
  • Link and correlate data from all functions and operating systems, including sales, marketing, operations, HR, and accounting.

Reporting and Visualization:

  • Enable rapid interpretation of data and present it visually to highlight exceptions and key areas for management.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

People Management:

  • Manages expectations and daily operations through a team of senior level managers. Initiates ongoing staff communication and performance feedback and coach managers on developing others. Supports JSG Code of Conduct and Core Values and all company policies
  • Provides recommendations for position assignments to develop and utilize the talents of individual team members

Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in business process management and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, EDI, BI, Artificial Intelligence, and e-commerce technologies.

Compensation:

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $X to $X+.

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
