Human Resources Business Partner

to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville, Florida. The HR Business Partner will function as an internal consultant to departments in areas of HR including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, employee engagement, training and development. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. What You’ll Be Doing: Serve as the Human Resources expert to effectively manage relationships with assigned teams in support of business objectives. Develop and execute recruiting plans to identify new and promotion talent for assigned teams. Handle employee relations issues and support employee engagement initiatives for assigned teams. Partner with other HR team members, hiring managers and office coordinators to effectively onboard new employees and deboard exiting employees. Partner with other HRBPs to facilitate individual and group training sessions in support of Regency’s strategic training objectives and department needs. Keep current with general HR compliance developments, employment laws, etc. Complete special projects or oversee certain vendor relationships as requested. Contribute to the overall success of the HR team by actively participating in group projects and supporting other team members when necessary.

Are You Qualified? Required Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field Minimum of 5 years of prior related experience in a human resources function Strong technical aptitude and intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point Ability to travel and work overtime as needed Preferred Post-graduate degree or coursework in a relevant field PHR or SHRM-CP certification, or similar
