Customer Service Lead Needed

Looking for a customer-focused organization looking for an experienced Customer Service Lead.

Role:

- Lead a team of 4-5 customer service representatives.

- Foster teamwork and effectively resolve customer issues.

- Proficiently use Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

- Prior knowledge of computers is required, although training will be provided.

- Collaborate with all company departments to ensure exceptional customer service and address any relevant issues.

- Understand and interpret basic Excel reports, create summaries, identify problems, and propose solutions.

- Promptly address issues, both internally and externally.

- Regularly engage with the customer service department to oversee duties and performance and address any issues, making necessary adjustments.

- Communicate with other managers to understand and convey customer service needs.

- Perform accurate and fast data entry.

Requirements:

- Experience in customer service management.

- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with ERP systems.

-High school diploma or GED required
