With a focus on craftsmanship, design innovation, and superior project management, they cater to elite clientele seeking custom homes that reflect both luxury and exclusivity. The company prides itself on attention to detail, delivering projects that exceed expectations in quality and luxury.
Description
- Manage day-to-day onsite construction activities for ground-up luxury homes
- Ensure all work is performed to the highest standard and in compliance with plans, specifications, and local building codes
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines and budgets
- Oversee site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Handle quality control and resolve any onsite issues that arise
- Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their vision is executed seamlessly
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Superintendent on ground-up luxury residential projects valued at $10M+
- Strong understanding of high-end residential construction techniques, materials, and best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with architects, clients, and designers
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Miami
- Leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to keep projects on track and within scope
