This HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. They will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in fast-paced, innovative environments. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work closely with our leadership team to drive company culture and employee engagement. This individual will need to be located out of Dallas, Texas and needs to be comfortable with a fully on-site work environment.

The salary expectation for this position is $60k-$100k depending upon years of experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

-Proven prior experience as an HR Generalist or other HR position with at least 3+ years in a dynamic, fast-moving, agile environment -Knowledge of HR systems and databases -Experience assisting with payroll, benefits, and staff engagement processes

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

-Experience in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or technology industry -Experience with ADP
