"Leading the World with Innovative Healthcare Solutions that Enhance Lives" Summary: The Supply Planning Analyst position is in the Demand and Supply Planning group and is focused on driving the execution of the planning process within the monthly SIOP cycle, including system configuration, key input management such as safety stocks and reporting and analytics as required. In addition, this role owns governance of supply chain master data, developing and implementing analytics such as key elements of the control tower and planning scenario simulations, such as the impact of plan changes on inventory projections. This role provides a hybrid schedule with the option to work from either Somerset, Pennsylvania or Port Washington, New York, with a requirement of two days onsite. Main Activities/Responsibilities: Drive the execution of the supply planning process as part of the monthly SIOP cycle. Working with Master Scheduler and Demand Planner to coordinate activities and ensure timely execution of a high-quality plan. Develop reports and analytics that are part of the Supply Chain control tower (key business metrics) such as: Inventory projections and analytics. Production plan adherence metrics (plan vs actual). Service level reporting. Manage planning/procurement master data and tools on ERP systems (creation, maintenance, and audits). Develop and manage data governance using best practice and cross-functional collaboration. Process analysis, including working with IT to configure systems and implement best practices for optimal supply chain performance, especially with AX. Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with warehouse and professional staff. Reporting Relationships and Supervision: This position (Supply Planning Analyst) works under the general guidance of the Director, Demand and Supply Planning and closely works with Supply Chain counterparts, IT team, and other functional areas. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required - preferred discipline: Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Science/Analytics, or related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience. Proficient Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP and/or other ERP systems. Demonstrated analytical skills; proficiencies in visualization/reporting tools such as PowerBI, QlikView, Tableau. Excellent IT skills, with MS applications, especially Excel. APICS certifications a plus. The salary range for this role is from $68,960.00 to $90,510.00 per year. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as the applicant's experience, specialization, education, as well as the company's requirements.
