We are currently prioritizing candidates local to the Rochester, MN area. CCM colleagues are currently working on a hybrid schedule.
Summary
As an integral part of the CCM Advisory Team, the Integrated Wealth Advisor Manages client relationships with a focus on medium-complexity clients. This role is primarily a servicing advisory role, managing, retaining, and growing client relationships on behalf of the firm and focuses on client satisfaction and referral generation. This role also mentors and develops paraplanners in the advice team.
Essential Functions
- Leads the management of a defined group of medium-complexity existing client relationships. Delivers a high standard of advice and service. Retains and grows existing relationships for the firm while managing 85+- client relationships. (Approximately 70%)
- Provides coaching, mentoring, and development support (Approximately 10%)
- Support the Senior Wealth Advisor on select client cases to provide additional capacity and build new skills. (Approximately 5%)
- Contribute to CCM Advice processes, procedures, and the client experience (Approximately 5%)
- Maintain professional competencies and adhere to the firm's ethical standards and cultural values. (Approximately 10%)
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- CFP® certification is strongly preferred. Advanced CFP® coursework, combined with relevant experience, may be considered for top candidates.
- Track record of establishing and maintaining successful client relationships.
- People mentoring, and coaching experience is desired.
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of financial topics to enable the development of solutions for clients.
- At least (7) years of experience in the financial services industry caring for/managing client relationships, preferably within an RIA environment.
- Proven track record identifying, cultivating, and closing new business, in addition to identifying and capturing new opportunities with existing clients.
- Knowledge of and commitment to fully utilizing client relationship management (CRM) software. Strong acumen with MS Office tools, as well as hands-on experience and acumen with functional software programs applicable to integrated wealth management. Must also demonstrate a commitment to learning and leveraging technology that allows the firm to best serves clients.
