Administrative Assistant needed for Property Restoration Contractor

This is a full-time position. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail oriented and able to multi-task. Must be dependable, punctual, professional, personable and able to work well under pressure.

This position will support all employees and company leadership.

General Responsibilities
  • Assist front desk with phone calls, respond to voicemails, take messages, and field calls to company departments
  • Maintain office supplies inventory
  • General administrative tasks on various projects within multiple departments
  • Maintain current spreadsheets, lists and job tracking tools
  • Quickbooks - minimal data entry
  • Process payroll
  • Participate in meetings, recording meeting notes
  • Maintain critical job file details
  • Provide routine administrative support to management team
  • Create files for each construction project and distribute to appropriate departments
  • Compile documentation, data entry for job updates with business partners
Skills Required
  • Ability to learn and use a variety of software, tools and systems necessary to meet business needs
  • Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner
  • Communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Previous Administrative Assistant experience is ideal
  • Beginner to intermediate knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

PacWest Restoration is a property restoration & remodel company, serving both residential and commercial clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. We provide 24-Hour Emergency Services for homeowners and business owners in the Northwest Oregon area. Our Damage Assessment Specialists work closely with insurance companies to generate claims quickly. And our professional Restoration & Remodel crews are capable of delivering quick results on any size project.
