Candidates must reside in one of the following states: West Virginia, Virginia, Texas, Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington D.C., New York, New Jersey, Arkansas, Alabama, Arizona, Delaware, Indiana, North Carolina, Georgia. About The Role The primary responsibility will be to partner and support day to day activities including reporting, bank/ departmental policies and procedure adherence, strategic projects, business continuity, and financial and being a positive team leader. Interactions include internal and external clients and business partners. You will ensure that bank / departmental policies and procedures are followed by your team to meet bank audit and compliance standards. What You’ll Do Maintain all client billing via invoicing and account analysis. Work with the finance team to ensure reconcilement of bank checking accounts and GLs Establish and maintain Client Delivery departmental procedures. Train new and existing Client Delivery Associates at hire and through procedural changes Supervise all Client Delivery Associate job duties and resolve escalation points Maintain interdepartmental relationships and provide synergy between groups Provide strong, compassionate, and visible leadership, which fosters positive attitudes and trust among team members, clients and prospects. Leadership responsibilities including hiring, performance planning, compensation administration, coaching / improvement plans, and training Display high motivation and considered a self-starter and a drive to be Best in Class Accountable for entire end to end delivery strategy that positively impacts business growth, working with business partners to execute an onboarding strategy that meets the needs of the client and unit Maintain a proficient working knowledge of all products and services (e.g. commercial account analysis, Demand Deposit Account opening and closing, commercial online banking platforms, SFTP and MoveIT, wire and Automated Clearing House (ACH) processing and remote deposit capture) Maintain knowledge of all required banking systems for the purpose of providing an excellent client delivery experience Responsible for compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC regulations related to this position and department Working knowledge of project management methodologies, from initial justification through implementation and evaluation Understand legal documentation requirements and risk mitigation for deposit account opening and services particularly those involving funds transfer and online banking ensuring compliance with all established policies and procedures Able to manage multiple and complex tasks simultaneously and within designated time constraints Recommends, delivers and supports technologies and services that meet current needs, and evolves strategies to adapt to future needs Compose and distribute correspondence, reports and forms as directed or required Education & Work Experience Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate experience 3-5 years banking experience and excellent working knowledge of banking operations Previous leadership experience Interest in becoming a subject matter specialist in all areas of job function Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities Technical savvy, specifically the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously to respond to customer inquiries and needs Exceptional written communication skills and ability to build rapport - you will speak with our clients, senior management, and various internal departments through a variety of communication channels Advanced Microsoft products skills Travel may be required Benefits At Mvb MVB Financial Corp., (“MVB”) offers an excellent selection of benefits for regular, part-time and full-time Team Members, including: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Short- and Long-Term Disability Plan Group Life Insurance 401K Salary Deferral Plan Wellness Program Education & Tuition Expense Reimbursement PTO and Unique Vacation Purchase Program Nationwide Pet Insurance Coverage We encourage you to submit an application even if you haven’t performed every job duty listed above, as your skills may be transferrable.
