Role Overview

This position offers the flexibility of remote work. Candidates should be located in specific states as outlined in our policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee client billing processes, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and account analysis.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile bank accounts and general ledgers.
  • Develop and implement departmental procedures for Client Delivery.
  • Train and mentor new and existing Client Delivery Associates.
  • Supervise daily tasks of Client Delivery Associates and manage escalation points effectively.
  • Foster interdepartmental relationships to enhance collaboration.
  • Provide compassionate leadership that builds trust and positive morale among team members and clients.
  • Handle leadership duties including hiring, performance management, and training initiatives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products and services offered.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant banking regulations and policies.
  • Manage multiple complex tasks efficiently within set timelines.
  • Support the implementation of technologies that meet current and future needs.
  • Prepare and distribute necessary correspondence and reports as required.
Qualifications

We prefer candidates with an associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, along with:

  • 3-5 years of experience in banking operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems to address customer needs.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
