Exciting Opportunity for a Universal Banker II

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently handles all customer transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Proactively engages with clients to assess their needs and recommends suitable products and services.
  • Facilitates the opening of new accounts and addresses complex customer inquiries with ease.
  • May assist in processing loan applications, holding an NMLS number.
  • Responsible for auditing, testing, and reporting activities.
  • Manages vault transactions, including balancing and other essential daily operations.
  • Oversees the opening and closing of the banking center, including all end-of-day procedures.
  • Ensures all operational tasks of the banking center are completed effectively.
  • Possesses knowledge of the Bank's security systems and actively participates in testing alarms.
  • Assists in the preparation of all necessary reports.
  • Exhibits strong sales capabilities, consistently seeking referral and cross-selling opportunities across various business lines.
  • Adaptively fulfills multiple roles within the banking center to meet operational needs.
  • Engages in Bank and Team initiatives.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Minimum of 1 year in banking, though not mandatory.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Customer Service and Sales.
