The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, fostering stakeholder relationships, and supporting the implementation of key projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to support the organisation's goals. Provide expert advice and insights to senior management to inform decision-making and drive organisational performance. Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations. Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance operational effectiveness and compliance. Support on projects relating to overhauling and advising on policies Requirements: Proven experience in a business partner role, ideally within the public sector or a related field. Strong understanding of public sector operations, policies, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
