Indirect Loan Processor

Employee Type: Full-time, nonexempt
Schedule: Monday-Friday - 9am-5pm, with every 4th Saturday, weekday off TBD.
This is a hybrid schedule working remotely with minimum onsite expectation of 20%. #LIHybrid
Minimum Starting Pay Rate: $20.00/hr (Commensurate with experience)
Candidate must be bondable and credit worthy.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES - Essential for this position:
- Verify documentation for completeness by indirect program participants including third-party refinance companies and other vendors.
- Follows up with dealerships, members, and other necessary individuals to acquire required information to complete membership, loan processing, and loan funding.
- Communicate with members, auto dealerships to acquire information necessary to complete loan processing.
- Provides detailed comments in reference to conversations with members and dealers concerning all loans.
- Maintains positive and productive relationships with program participants, coaching dealers as needed to avoid recurring funding delays.
- Provides support on technical and policy related inquiries from members and program participants.
- Qualifies vehicles for value.
- Cross-serves and provides general information on credit union products and policies.
