Key Responsibilities

As an Indirect Loan Processor at PSECU, you will be responsible for verifying documentation for completeness, following up with dealerships and members to acquire required information, and communicating with program participants to complete loan processing.

Essential Duties
  1. Verify documentation for completeness by indirect program participants, including third-party refinance companies and other vendors.
  2. Follow up with dealerships, members, and other necessary individuals to acquire required information to complete membership, loan processing, and loan funding.
  3. Communicate with members and auto dealerships to acquire information necessary to complete loan processing.
  4. Provide detailed comments in reference to conversations with members and dealers concerning all loans.
  5. Maintain positive and productive relationships with program participants, coaching dealers as needed to avoid recurring funding delays.
  6. Provide support on technical and policy-related inquiries from members and program participants.
  7. Qualify vehicles for value.
  8. Cross-serves and provides general information on credit union products and policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
